The awesome friend

It was a sunny day. I was returning from holiday lesson. I was tired.

A bike pulled over in front of me.

"Ain't you going towards the red filling station?" A boy asked me.

"Yes, I am." I replied him.

He asked me to hop on his bike, so we could go. He told me that he attended  the same lesson center as I did, and that their family moved into our neighborhood earlier that same year.

He ask me to wait for him in front of my house in the morning, so he could pick me up. We did same thing for days.

One day he couldn't show. Back then we both had no phones. I decided to head to their house to find out what happened. I saw him by the road pushing the bike. The bike had spoilt on his way out.

We took it to the mechanic shop. The mechanic was busy. He asked me to go, that he would join me when he finished with the repairs.

I refused, insisting that I won't abandon him then that his bike was spoilt. We finished with the repairs and drove to the lesson center.

From that day onwards, we became very close friends.

Life is about ups and downs, never abandon your mission when things are not going smoothly.

Trying times is when you need to show more commitment, both in your personal life and your business/job.
